Contract manufacturing is a form of cooperation between a customer and a manufacturer, in which the production of products is fully or partially transferred to a third-party company. Under such an agreement, the customer provides technical requirements and recipes (if necessary), a contractor to perform tasks related to the production, packaging and even logistics of the finished product.
