Year of implementation: 2019
Brief description of the Project: Construction of a unique public transport station equipped with a video surveillance system and free Wi-Fi has been completed in Vinnitsa Region. Such an alternative source of electric power as wind is going to be used for it. The station is of hexagonal shape, and it occupies 9.5 square meters. It is equipped with a security system and a video surveillance system to enable the local police team to monitor the traffic in the road section they are in charge of. Construction of the station was financed by PlasmaTec OAO, our regional strategic partner, whose production facilities, including all the shops at their factories in Belarus and Ukraine as well as the corporate headquarters in Vinnitsa, use the Lighting Technologies equipment. PlasmaTec is the leader in the welding electrode production, with its share exceeding one third of the Ukrainian market.
The task: Development of an unusual lighting design that would emphasize the architecture of the station and highlight it when it is dark. At the same time, it was required to visualize the Customer’s corporate logo and illuminate the direction signs, so that the passengers are safe and comfortable at the station.
The result: The adequate illumination of the ceiling with the use of the LEADER LED 30 D75 3000K has imparted a greater, “warm” volume to the building. In addition, the floodlights illuminate the logo. The NOTA LED 9 D15 R 3000K lights are embedded in the floor to illuminate the columns inside the station. The ground lights are in harmony with the station outlines. The main focus is put by the TUBUS LED 10 (24) 3000K luminaires. Thanks to the small sizes and correctly selected light intensity curves, the luminaires can easily fit into any design. The common efforts have resulted in an unordinary building, which has become an architectural landmark of the south of Vinnitsa Region.
