Lighting Technologies has once again been included in the Employer Rating. We ranked 164th out of 344 among the top medium-sized companies, and 17th among industrial companies (non-food manufacturing). In total, more than 1,000 companies from all over the country participated in the 2022 Employer Rating.
The Russian Employer Rating is the largest and most authoritative rating of employers in the country. Its methodology takes into account the best foreign practices. The ranking is organized by the largest Russian online recruiting platform hh.ru.
Grades from 0 to 100 were assigned according to three parameters: "Employees and Society", "Environment" and "Corporate Governance". Each of these was divided into several other parameters such as "salary”, "training”, "climate policy”, "gender equality”, etc.
