Interim results of the national project «Labor Productivity»
01 - 01 january 1970
In September 2021, our company joined the "Labor Productivity" national project aimed at increasing the efficiency of production. This is a great opportunity for Lighting Technologies to become even more competitive in today's changing market conditions, which, in turn, guarantees stability for each employee.
On 15 April, representatives of the project's working group and the Regional Competence Center announced the interim results of their work.
During the project, the members of the working group checked the current state of production of HB LED lighting fixtures that was selected as a pilot one. A complex analysis of production process with the help of lean technology approaches, such as mapping, observation and timekeeping in the workplace revealed the main "constraining" factors. The working group proposed solutions for their elimination, most of which have already been implemented.
So, the target state for the pilot series has been achieved, but there is more to come. We have modeled the perfect state of production – what the process should look like with losses eliminated (overproduction, excessive stock, unnecessary transportation, extra movements, defects, waiting, excessive processing) and labor productivity potential discovered (equipment, employees).
According to the results of the meeting, the director of the Business Development Agency Ustin Bogachev recognized the active participants of the working group with commemorative diplomas.
We thank all employees of the company that are involved in the improvement process, each of them makes an invaluable contribution to the stable future of our company.
