Corporate tournament results at the Process Factory production and training platform

We summed up the results of the corporate tournament at the Process Factory production and training platform.
The tournament was held as part of the "Labor Productivity" national project. Process Factory simulates a real production process and allows to learn how to eliminate losses. It is a training and production site where participants practice applying lean production tools in a real production process. The training is structured in such a way that participants can put lean tools to practice in a real production process, learn to notice losses, formulate and solve problems, and balance processes.
The tournament is aimed at:
training a large number of employees
increasing focus on the overall result
improvement of communication between employees, development of informal relations
increasing the motivation
quick and effective adaptation of new employees
creating and enforcing a culture of continuous improvement.
Three teams took part in the competition. Experimental department and Assembly shop teams shared the first place. The second place was taken by the Electronic modules assembly shop team. Team leaders and participants were awarded with commemorative diplomas and valuable prizes.
The company joined the national project "Labor Productivity" in 2021 and is actively implementing a system of continuous improvement of production processes.
