On 17 November 2022, a cooperation agreement was signed in Ryazan by Lighting Technologies and SPO Arktika, the center of lighting competence for the United Shipbuilding Corporation. Dmitry Nalogin, President of Lighting Technologies, and Oleg Loginov, CEO of SPO Arktika, signed the document. The ceremony was attended by Andrey Vorfolomeev, Minister of Economic Development of the Ryazan region, and by the media.

Before the agreement was signed, a tour took place of the main production areas – the assembly of electronic modules, aluminum casting shop, the assembly of marine lights and equipment, as well as the testing laboratory. By now, all the conditions have been created at the plant for mass production of marine lamps that comply with the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping requirements (all necessary certificates received).

Our company became the first Russian full-cycle manufacturer to launch mass production of lighting equipment for the shipbuilding industry. It is especially relevant now after foreign suppliers have left Russia and there are large-scale goals for the construction of new ships.

As Oleg Loginov said: "It is good that we have solid enterprises producing light equipment. I think we have a great future with Lighting Technologies”. According to him, the high level of technical equipment, qualified personnel and efficient company management allow for strong cooperative ties to be established.

"We have been developing the production of professional lighting equipment for 25 years. We have never stood still. Every year, we invest in the development of certain technologies. We are very glad that the need has emerged to develop and produce professional lighting equipment for the Russian shipbuilding industry. We are very well aware of the challenges we face, and we are ready for them," said Dmitry Nalogin.

Andrey Vorfolomeyev stressed the important contribution of Lighting Technologies to the development of the Ryazan region: "The company makes a significant contribution to the development of radio electronics, which is a key industry in our region. It is good to see that today there are more and more import substitution projects.
