At the end of 2015, we received certificates of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS) for explosion-proof lighting fixtures and switching equipment manufactured by Lighting Technologies. The list of explosion-proof equipment for open decks of ships, self-floating structures and stationary platforms includes lamps of the following series ATLAS LED, CRONUS LED, HECTOR LED, AQUARIUS, CALYPSO LED, NEPTUNE, POLARIS, URAN LED Exd, FLASH LED, LEADER Ex, INSEL LED Ex; junction boxes of the following series: LTJB-IIB, LTJB-IIC, LTJB-IIC-R, LTJB-eSS, LTJB-eA, LTJB-eP; explosion-proof cable glands, couplings and valves. Explosion-proof lighting fixtures of the series SLICK LED Ex, HB LED Ex have certificates for indoor use at offshore facilities. We received a Recognition Certificate for Manufacturer for these products.

RS is one of the leading classification societies in the world; it develops standards in matters concerning efficiency of navigation and maritime safety. The certificate guarantees the appropriate level of quality and consistency of the product performance, and indicates that the certified product, technical devices and goods comply with relevant regulations and will not cause the harm to the life, health and property of citizens. It is evident that RS, on assuming such responsibility, has to know for sure the real possibilities of an entity which applies for the certificate.

The certificate makes it possible to supply the certified products manufactured by Lighting Technologies to the facilities supervised by RS: ships, self-floating structures and stationary platforms of various types, offshore fields, drilling platforms, etc. This, in turn, will enable our company to expand activities in the sphere of shipping and navigation.
The validity of the certificate issued by FAE "Russian Maritime Register of Shipping" — until November 2020.
